1. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents within the assigned cluster.
2. To drive sales and revenue growth within the cluster.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders is crucial
4. Providing continuous training and development opportunities to agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.

1. Graduation Mandatory (All certificates to be provided)

2.Total 3 plus years of Insurance Agency Channel experience preferred

3. Age 32 years.

5. Experience in Recruiting, Training & Managing teams preferred.

6. Should have stability in job and be process oriented.
